He arrives ahead of an additional team of SME and tax specialists, who, over the next few months, will see the firm’s Peveril Court office almost double in size.
Maurice has been appointed to the role of Departmental Director in the Business Services Group, which specialises in Owner-Managed Business and will help build on a spectacular first year for the firm’s Gatwick office, which opened in June 2015.
Throughout his 26 years as a partner at an accountancy firm in Crawley, Maurice gained vast experience of undertaking audits and advising owner-managed businesses. During his career Maurice has also worked for one of the UK’s top five accountancy firms, and his technical ability has been put to good practical use during a stint as a Financial Controller for a company within the care industry.
